What you will need when you call:

Your Information:

• Name, address and social security number of each applicant
• Name, address and phone number of your current landlord or mortgage company

Your Income:

• Gross monthly income
• Employment information
• Other income

Your Assets:

• Source of downpayment and closing costs
• Bank name and approximate balance
• Value of your assets
• Net worth of business owned (if applicable)

Your Liabilities:

• Confirmation of credit cards and installment
• Information on any other properties owned (rental, investment, second home)
• Alimony/child support payments (if applicable)

We recognize that many clients may already have a source for mortgage financing, and that is terriffic as well.  Also, some clients prefer to get several quotes for the financing of their home purchase, and we can refer those clients to several local and national mortgage companies that we have worked with in the past.
